Sypha Belnades is one of the first female characters to be featured in the Castlevania series. She is an ally of Trevor that can be recruited in Dracula’s Curse. Her fighting style consisted of attacks with her staff, and her sub-weapons were various kinds of useful magic spells.

Moveset
For her basic attacks, she makes use of her staff to hit foes. Her attacks have a relatively short range, but she makes up for this with her specials, which are all long-range attacks. She has a slow walking speed and can’t jump very high.
Special Moves
Holy Flame: (Reverse quarter-circle + P) Sypha shoots a stream of flames in a straight line. The input determines how long the flames stay. The EX version causes residual damage to the enemy.
Frozen Crystal: (Quarter-circle + P) Sypha shoots a ball of ice in front of her. The input determines the angle. The EX version causes the attack to freeze the enemy. This causes the next attack to deal more damage to them, but they can break out by mashing buttons.
Holy Lightning: (Half-circle + K) Sypha shoots out three balls of lightning that home in on the enemy but can be easily blocked. The speed depends on the input. The EX version shoots a single, much larger shot, but it’s also slower.
Blue Splash: (Reverse half-circle + K)) Sypha shoots out three icicles at the enemy. The speed and hitbox varies with the input. The EX version is omnidirectional and freezes the foe.
Frost Wall: (Full circle + P) Sypha surrounds herself with a barrier of ice crystals. This blocks all projectiles. The altitude of the barrier depends on the input. The EX version causes sharp icicles to come out of the barrier after a two seconds.
Execution Attack – Disintegrate: Sypha shoots out a combination of fire, lightning, and ice as a beam (which small characters can crouch under). If the attack finishes off the opponent, they will actually disintegrate. Loosely based on her Hyper Attack from Judgment.
